What is a PDF and how do I get one?
The Portable Document Format (PDF) lets you download, read and print long documents easily. All you need to do is download Adobe’s Acrobat Reader
here. If you have a version earlier than 6.0, we recommend you upgrade.

My PDF files appear as a blank window. What's wrong?
This is sometimes a challenge when Internet Explorer is your browser. Search Microsoft Support Online for a possible resolution. Alternately, you may use this "Save Target As" option:
  1. Select "PDF File Format" if necessary.
  2. Select the file(s) you want to download.
  3. Click "Review Selected Files".
  4. When presented with the Results page use the "Save Target As.." option to download the file. Normally this is done by right clicking on the title link then selecting "Save Target As.." when shown a menu (If your mouse is configured for left handed operation use the left mouse button).
  5. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file after downloading.
