I'm having this problem at our middle school. My two Muslim students are continually called terrorists. I've talked to our Vice Principal about it but she blames them for calling names back. I contacted the Area Superintendent about it. She said to talk to the VP if it's still happening. Anyone have any suggestions?

Outcome?
I really wish there was more of a discussion on strategies you could employ to alleviate this issue. Because it's such a dated comment, I won't post the strategies I'm thinking of. However, if you respond to this post and you are having the same issues this school year, I'll gladly share my ideas with you. Hope you successfully remedied the problem.
