Modeling Courageous Conversations

Hello everyone,
 
I am putting together a presentation to introduce adults to the concept of courageous conversations. I would like to present some audio visual resources so that participants can actually see and hear what good (and bad) approaches to couragous conversations would look like. If anyone is aware of videos that I can use I would really appreciate hearing from you.
